Hildebrand has been recognised as a pioneer in timber drying for over 70 years and has more than 15,000 installations of lumber dryers worldwide.  Hildebrand was even represented as a founding member at the first LIGNA in 1975.

Over the decades, the systems produced by Hildebrand have proven themselves in all climatic zones of the world.
This applies to countries with very cold winters (such as Norway or Canada) as well as to warm regions such as for instance Brazil or South Africa.
Over 90% of the drying systems are made of high-quality aluminium, as this design has proven to be the best and most economically attractive solution. Hildebrand stands for this with its name and gives a 20-year guarantee on the entire housing. 
Only special applications, such as steaming chambers, have always required a full stainlesssteel design.
